Hi! I wanted to share my feedback about the lip liner and lip gloss I recently purchased.
I really love the lip gloss—it’s beautiful and I’m very happy with it.
However, I had an issue with the lip liner. When I first opened it, it applied perfectly and lined my lips very smoothly. After about two weeks, it became very dry and almost stopped working. It doesn’t release any product when I try to use it normally.
The only way I can get it to work is by breaking off the tip, and then it applies well for that one use. By the next day, it’s dry again and doesn’t work anymore.
I wanted to let you know because I really liked the color, but I think there may be an issue with the formula or the packaging. I hope this feedback helps, and I’d appreciate any advice or a solution if possible.
